The project involves the construction of a small football field (futsal), a children’s playground, and a parking area, along with a network of pedestrian and bicycle paths. It also includes the development’s fencing, landscaping of the entire area, and the construction of a multi-purpose service building.
The service building will feature a small café with a seating area, restrooms, men’s and women’s changing rooms with integrated toilet and shower facilities, a coach’s office, kitchen, first aid room, and storage space.
